Let’s take a break from all the sweets, shall we? I still have a few more to come, but for now, I want to report what was for supper yesterday. We usually celebrate Christmas Eve here at home, but this year, my son was working and then going to his girlfriend’s family to celebrate with them. Since we also wanted them to be with us for our Christmas Eve, we decided to do this the day after Christmas. Why not?
We had the usual traditional Christmas meal. Turkey, Meat Pie (shoot, I forgot to take a picture of that!) Meatballs Stew, Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Carrots. Oh, and let’s not forget the Cranberry Sauce and Olives. Those are a must!
Now for some reason, I feel I will be making a turkey pot pie today. My daughter said it would be good. Yeah, why not…
