On the menu this week

I always like to plan my menu ahead of time. Of course, I don’t always stick to the plan, sometimes I am forced to make changes and swap things around a bit, but this is what you can expect to see this this week…


Monday: Sesame Shrimp and Tofu Soba Noodles

Tuesday: Kidney Beans and Beet Quinoa Salad

Wednesday: Leftover Savory Cheesecake

Thursday: Shrimp Brochette and Grilled Sweet Potato

Friday: Quinoa Patties with Poached Egg

Saturday: Fish Soup? Not sure yet… it will depend on what I do during the day and how much time is left to cook supper! 

Sunday: Out

Wheat Berry Risotto will eventually happen… I know, I keep pushing it back, but really, it will happen!
